Lennar Unveils Townhome Community in Florida’s Pembroke Park

Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) has unveiled Magnolia at Pembroke Park, a new boutique community encompassing 48 townhomes in Pembroke Park, Florida.

According to the company, floorplans for the community includes 1,368 square feet of living area with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, single car garage and an outdoor space. The community will also feature a community pool and children’s play area.

Pricing for the new community starts in the low $500,000s.

“Magnolia at Pembroke Park is designed to reflect the charm of Pembroke Park – small enough to feel like a close-knit community but large enough to offer plenty of excitement,” said Southeast Florida Division President Phil Serrate. “We are delighted to bring these newly designed townhomes to this great town.”
