Silverstein Properties announced that listings are now live at the 93-story Brooklyn Tower, the tallest building in Brooklyn.

Rising over 1,066 feet, the tower features 143 luxury condominiums available for immediate occupancy. Pricing starts at $965,000 for residences, which span from studios to four-bedroom homes.

In addition to luxury condominiums, Brooklyn Tower features 398 rental residences, which are currently available for lease with immediate occupancy. Details surrounding the property’s collection of penthouses, including a full-floor residence at the top of the building, will be released at a later date.

Residents at the property can take advantage of a Life Time gym location within the building that spans approximately 80,000 square feet, along with private sky lounges and terraces on the 66th and 85th floors. Additional amenities include a mix of active and leisure spaces including a basketball court that is billed as the tallest in the Western Hemisphere, a fireside lounge, private dining loggia, and a cocktail bar.

“As a Brooklyn native, I am deeply committed to the borough’s growth and its evolution into a world-class residential destination,” said Larry Silverstein, chairman of Silverstein Properties. “Brooklyn Tower embodies Silverstein’s values, blending architectural innovation, thoughtful design, and best-in-class amenities. As we embark on this next chapter, we look forward to realizing the full potential of this iconic property and delivering an unparalleled living experience to residents.”
