Music star Lizzo has recently gained attention for her new slimmed down look, but her physique isn’t the only thing she’s been reducing – according to MarketWatch, the “Tempo” singer has made a second price cut on her Beverly Hills estate.
Lizzo acquired the 0.32-acre property from singer Harry Styles in 2022 for $15 million but then put it back on the market last December for $15.99 million. After receiving no bids, she discounted the property in April for $14.99 million – but on June 5, she dropped the price again to $13.99 million.
The estate’s residence spans 5,442 square feet, with three bedrooms and five bathrooms. According to the listing, the residence includes a “dedicated gym and wellness area, private studio/office, theater room, and an outdoor kitchen with a fire pit.”
Any prospective buyer is also guaranteed privacy, as the listing notes that the estate on ““Oak Pass Road is an exclusive gated neighborhood in Beverly Hills Post Office situated west of North Beverly Park, with only 42 private residences offering unparalleled access to the shopping, dining and nightlife of Rodeo Drive and the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel.”
