The Louisa County real estate market is slowing down slightly, according to the most recent data from Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors.
The fourth quarter is typically the slowest quarter of the year and 2021 is true to form, according to a report from Tom Woolfolk, Louisa County native and realtor for Keller Williams in Charlottesville. Available homes were down by nine percent and closings by 12 percent from October’s numbers across the Charlottesville region.
