LPT Holdings, the parent company of LPT Realty, has launched Aperture Global Real Estate as its new luxury brand.
The new brand is being rolled out in 15 states and four international cities, with nearly 20 more global locations planned for the near future. Michael Valdes, former global vice president of Sotheby’s for 15 years, was named global president of Aperture and CEO of LPT International, and Mercedes Saewitz, former principal broker and founding agent at Compass, was recruited as senior vice president of operations. The company added that Aperture debuts with boasts commitments from more than 100 brokers representing over $1 billion in annual sales.
