Luxury Residential Resort Community to be Built at Lake Travis, Texas

Construction is underway on the Canyon Club, a luxury residential resort community encompassing 25 private residences along Lake Travis in Spicewood, Texas.

The Canyon Club will offer a mix of traditionally built five- and six-bedroom homes for sale beginning at $2.6 million along with four-bedroom 3D-printed homes starting in the low $400,000s. The latter will be available in a shared ownership structure covering one-eighth of the property, six weeks of annual usage and year-round membership benefits. The 3D-printed homes will be created by ICON Technology Inc., a construction technology company that develops robotic and AI systems.

The community will span over 60 acres of Lake Travis shoreline with beach access, a spa with an adults-only pool, and courts for pickleball, tennis, and basketball.

The Canyon Club is a project by Prasso Ventures, a private equity investment group focused on real estate in high profile vacation destinations.
