The Toronto-based real estate developer Madison Group announced the launch of its latest project, Brooklin Towns, located in the Brooklin section of Whitby, Ontario.
According to the company, Brooklin Towns will consist of 159 residences spread across two phases. Phase 1, which began last month, features 59 two and three-story townhomes, while Phase 2 will follow with 100 stacked, urban townhomes.
