Man found guilty in two-time torching of real estate agency, authorities say

A former Monmouth County resident was found guilty Friday of setting fire to a Holmdel real estate agency twice and then firing a BB gun at it once the business relocated, authorities said.

A jury found Leonard J. Mazzarisi, III, 32, formerly of Holmdel, guilty of second degree aggravated arson and weapons-related offenses following a 5-week trial, according to a statement from the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
