The global lifestyle brand Margaritaville has partnered with the Panamanian developer Grupo Los Pueblos for the creation of a beachfront condo destination in Panama.
The Margaritaville Beach Resort & Residences Playa Caracol will be located roughly an hour from Panama City in a tourist and housing destination along the Gulf of Mexico. The new project is slated to open in mid-2027 and will feature 261 residences, including 80 cottages and 181 high-rise multi-family units, available for full-time living or added to a rental program. The residences will range from 750 square feet to 1,500 square feet, with prices starting in the $300,000s.
The destination’s beach club will provide direct access to the white sand beaches, and the location will feature a Margaritaville restaurant concept and pool area. Additionally, the surrounding complex will be home to a racket club consisting of paddle tennis and pickleball courts.
