Sotheby’s International Realty has recruited Mary Lee Blaylock to become president of brokerage.
In her new job, Blaylock will be responsible for leading company-owned brokerage operations, overseeing 48 brokerage offices that support more than 2,300 affiliated agents. She will also focus on the development and execution of strategies to enhance local market positioning and continue to drive long-term growth.
Blaylock previously served as senior vice president of HomeServices of America Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK) affiliate. Earlier in her career, she was president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties and was part of the team that founded HomeServices Relocation LLC.
