For the second time in seven months, Dell Technologies Computer Chairman and CEO Michael Dell is listing a Boston penthouse for sale.

The Wall Street Journal reported Dell has listed his 59th floor condominium in the Millennium Tower, a 60-story glass skyscraper in the city’s Financial District. The listing price for the 4,100-square-foot, three-bedroom unit is $10.9 million, which is the same price that he paid when he acquired it in 2016.

The Millennium Tower is less than two miles away from the Four Seasons Private Residences at One Dalton Street in Boston, where Dell listed his 7,200-square-foot, five-bedroom penthouse last July for $35 million – the tech mogul acquired the unit in 2020 for $34 million.

Dell also maintains residences in New York City, where he purchased a penthouse for $100.4 million in 2014, and in Austin near his company’s headquarters.
