A total of 6,613 residential properties were sold in Missouri during June, a 5.2% year-over-year increase.
According to data from Missouri Realtors, the median sales price of $302,500 marked a 5.2% year-over-year rise. The average residential sale price increased 7.2% from June 2025 to $365,994.
The total dollar volume resulted in a 13.7% surge from one year earlier, with over $2.8 billion generated last month compared to approximately $2.5 billion during the same period in 2025.
Missouri Realtors also noted that 21,749 homes were sold in the state during the second quarter of this year, with the total quarterly sales volume topping $7.6 billion. The median sales price for the quarter was $299,900, up 7.7% from the same period in 2025.
