Kyle Busch has generated a NASCAR career full of triumphs, and now he is seeking to expand his winning streak to real estate with the listing of his Denver, North Carolina-based mansion for $12.99 million.
Busch’s 1.38-acre lakefront property features a 15,003-square-foot luxury residence with seven bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms. The property includes a second living space plus a heated pool, swim-up bar, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, patio, fire pit, boat lift and a small private beach.
According to Realtor.com, Busch purchased the property for $7.5 million in 2012, which was a record at the time for the Charlotte area. Reality television fans might recall the residence from an episode of the 2019 series “Racing Wives.”
