The Southwest Florida luxury home builder Neal Signature Homes announced the grand opening of Tideline, its 29-home community in West Bradenton, Florida.
According to the company, Tideline offers four luxury semi-custom home floor plans, ranging in size from 2,562 to 3,861 square feet, with pricing starting in the high $900,000s.
In addition, a commitment of $10,000 will be made for every home sold at Tideline to the 53-unit Hope Village of Manatee, a development of Help to Home Inc. that will provide temporary housing for low-income families with minor children who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
