Keller Williams Realty LLC is releasing a new book titled “Rookie Real Estate Agent: Launch a Limitless Career That Lasts.”
Authored by Jay Papasan, the book is being promoted as “an essential, comprehensive guide that offers new agents a proven roadmap to establish and sustain a thriving career as a real estate entrepreneur.” The book offers advice on adopting a real estate entrepreneur’s mindset, on how to develop a successful business plan and create lead-generation strategies, managing transactions from agreement to closing, and building a database for future income.
“We asked the most successful agents in our industry what they did their first year that others don’t,” said Papasan, who co-authored “The Millionaire Real Estate Agent” with Keller Williams’ co-founder and executive chairman Gary Keller. “Their answers offered a clear formula for success. Treat your career like a business, not a hobby. Work your database early and often. Leverage technology to save money and time while amplifying your value proposition. The ‘Rookie’ lays out the fundamentals every agent needs to thrive.”
The new book is now available for pre-order, with a publication date of Sept. 9.
