Luxury Presence, a national growth marketing and technology platform for real estate agents, teams, and brokers, announced it has hired SaaS startup veteran Carla Nichols as Chief Customer Officer.

Nichols brings over 20 years of experience working with SaaS start-ups and scaling customer success teams, including onboarding, professional services, customer support, success, and training. She started her career as a management consultant helping Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients transform and scale customer-facing operations. She has held leadership positions running global service and support in high-tech and biotech start-ups.
