Walker & Dunlop Inc. (NYSE: WD), the Bethesda, Maryland-headquartered commercial real estate finance and advisory services firm, has expanded its Carolinas Investment Sales team with the addition of Michael Saclarides and managing director.
In his new role, Saclarides will be focused on the company’s multifamily institutional brokerage activities in Charlotte and the rest of the Carolinas. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, he was a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield. Before that, he was at Eastdil Secured in New York City, where he worked on more than $14 billion in capital markets transactions. He began his career with JLL in Hong Kong, working on the commercial markets team.
