Newmark Group Inc. (NASDAQ:NMRK) has established an office in Paris.
The office, which opens today, will initially focus on capital markets and leasing. Alexandre Gotti, Newmark’s president of France, will oversee operations, strategic direction, growth and recruiting, assisting in developing Newmark’s footprint in France and Europe. The company also recruited several prominent Paris-based commercial real estate executives.
