T3 Sixty, a Ladera Ranch, California-based management consulting and analytics firm serving the residential real estate industry, has hired Nick Bailey as chief real estate officer.
In his new job, Bailey will focus on business development, enterprise-level consulting projects and representing the brand at industry events. Bailey was previously president and CEO of RE/MAX, and earlier in his career he was president and CEO of Century 21 and vice president of broker relations at Zillow.
“Nick has proven capabilities leading brands and brokers to productive changes; this future-forward perspective is needed right now as the residential real estate industry re-engineers itself following the recent practice and business impacts of the compensation lawsuits,” said Jack Miller, president and CEO of T3 Sixty.
Interesting news to me that this company (I have never heard of and most likely most realtors and brokers) is a consultant for all the local/state and maybe even the NAR associations?
Are they the ones who make the rules and send them down to we the people/realtors?
Where is the transparency?
Guess I need to do my research and figure out who/what company really runs the world we work, live and play in
