Tampa-headquartered Patel Real Estate Holdings announced the launch of an $100 million institutional fund on the Chintai blockchain platform.

The Patel Real Estate Holdings Institutional Fund 2025 targets newer-vintage Class A multifamily properties in high-growth, low-supply submarkets across the top 20 US growth markets. The fund is part of a larger $750 million fund, established in joint venture with several major institutional investment firms including Carlyle, DRA Advisors, KKR, RPM and Walton Street Capital.

“This fund represents a significant milestone in the evolution of real estate investing,” said Tejas Patel, president of Patel Real Estate Holdings. “We are combining our proven track record in institutional quality multifamily asset acquisitions with blockchain technology to deliver a superior investor experience while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and governance.”
