New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft sold his apartment in New York City’s landmark Plaza hotel for $22.5 million in an off-market deal.

The Wall Street Journal reported Kraft bought the residence in 2007 for $14.47 million, during the time when the hotel began to convert into a condominium. But Kraft isn’t abandoning New York City – in fact, he is moving down the street to 220 Central Park South, where he recently acquired two units for $34 million. He also owns luxury properties in Palm Beach, the Hamptons and the swanky Boston suburb Chestnut Hill.

Kraft was recently part of the raucous and rude line-up on Netflix’s “The Roast of Tom Brady,” where comic Kevin Hart reunited Kraft and his former coach Bill Belichick in an unscripted reunion where they put aside their enmity to share a shot.
