Peak Roofing Partners, a portfolio company of the private equity firm Exuma Capital Partners, has acquired Action Roofing, a South Florida-based roofing company. The financial aspects of the deal were not disclosed.
Action Roofing was founded in 1986 and provides roofing solutions to residential and homebuilder clients. Peak Roofing Partners was launched last month as Exuma Capital’s first business venture under its home services pillar. Anthony Perera, the firm’s founder and managing partner, previously grew the HVAC operation Air Pros USA from a two-person operation in Florida into a seven-state home services company.
