A Pennsylvania real estate agent has been arrested on child pornography charges.

Albert Strobe, 48, was the subject of an investigation by the Montgomery County Detective Bureau and Lower Providence Township Police following a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding a Dropbox account that appeared to have uploaded videos that were child pornography. Detectives served search warrants on Google, Verizon and Dropbox, which determined that the IP address related to the accounts were registered to Stroble at his residence in Lower Providence Township.

A search warrant was obtained for the residence, where law enforcement seized multiple electronic devices including a laptop computer that was found to be used by the defendant in the Dropbox upload. Upon review, detectives determined the videos stored in the Dropbox account contained child sex abuse material involving pre-pubescent and pubescent girls.

Stroble was arrested and charged with 150 felony counts of Possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material and Criminal Use of a Communications Facility. He was arraigned on April 14 with bail set at $300,000, 10%, with an additional condition of no unsupervised contact with children.

Stroble posted bail on April 15 and was released. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 28.

Stroble has been a real estate agent affiliated with Compass since May 2025. Earlier in his career, he was affiliated with Keller Williams. He was also an assistant director of athletics and assistant coach of the men’s and women’s tennis teams at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia.
