A penthouse atop the world’s tallest building has been listed for $51 million.

Elle Décor reports the 107th and 108th floors of the Burj Khalifa are approximately 1,300 feet above the streets of Dubai. The 21,000-square-foot unit has floor-to-ceiling glass walls offering a 360-degree panorama of the Arabian Gulf, Business Bay and the adjacent desert. The building’s amenities include a private residents’ lounge, fitness center, tennis courts, Japanese gardens, two swimming pools (on the 43rd and 76th floors), and 24-hour concierge service.

The property’s owner, Karl Haddad, is the chairman and CEO of IRC Invest. He acquired the penthouse in 2020 from Mohamed Alabbar, founder of Emaar Properties and the developer behind the Burj Khalifa, but the property has been vacant for more than a decade.

But while the penthouse is Dubai’s loftiest property, it is far from the most expensive in the UAE luxury market. That pricey honor went to a penthouse at Como Residence that recently sold for approximately $136 million.
