Regent Properties, a real estate investment management and development firm operating in Los Angeles and Dallas, has previewed its masterplan for a new community encompassing approximately 640 homes at Winchester within California’s Riverside County.

Dubbed “Soleda” – from the Spanish for “sunny, sunlit, or sundrenched” – the community will offer homes built with three to five-plus bedroom floorplans and ranging in size from 1,500 to 3,000-plus square feet. Soleada will feature orange, lemon, and grapefruit groves, which residents are invited to harvest, along with more traditional amenities including a communal barbeque and picnic area, an indoor-outdoor gym, and cruiser bikes available at the sales office for use on walking and biking paths.

Construction is set to start in 2025, and homes are expected to be move-in ready by 2026.

“Drawing on more than 30 years of experience designing and developing masterplans across the U.S., our team was inspired to create a community that offers the best of modern California living, while preserving the best of California’s past,” said Hannah Soroudi, vice president of BTR and land development at Regent Properties. “This sun-soaked region is famous for being the birthplace of California’s citrus industry, and we’re excited to keep that heritage at Soleada’s core.”
