Report: Dubai Brokers Closed Over 42,000 Transactions During 1H

Dubai’s real estate brokers generated 42,181 transactions during the first half of the year, resulting in commission values of roughly $8.8 billion – a 99% growth rate from the $879 million during the same period in 2024.

According to data from the Dubai government, there are currently 29,577 brokers registered with the Dubai Land Department, 6,714 new brokers who entered the sector in the first half of the year. Female participation in the real estate brokerage sector is on the rise, with 10,100 women now actively working as brokers in the field.

The new data report also found 1,223 registered brokerage offices and 78 property valuation offices employing 118 licensed valuers who were active in the emirate during the first half of the year.
