Bluegrass Realtors has named Richard Gibbens as the new CEO for both the association and the Imagine MLS in Lexington, Kentucky.
Gibbens was previously executive director for Southwest MLS, a wholly owned subsidiary of New Mexico’s Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors. Earlier in his career, he led the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors as the MLS director.
Gibbens, who will begin his new role in late July, replaces Justin Landon, who left to become CEO of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, which encompasses five locations around the Dallas Metropolitan area.
