Recording superstar Rihanna has become the latest celebrity to list a property for sale – in this case, one of her residences in Beverly Hills is on the market for $10.5 million. And, yes, the property’s ZIP code is 90210.
The half-acre property features a 5,100-square-foot mansion built in 1939 that includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The property also includes a detached guest house and the grounds feature a vegetable garden, a swimming pool with a cabana and a half-basketball court.
Rihanna bought the property two years ago for $10 million, and it is unclear why she is flipping it at a price that is nearly identical to the purchase price. She also owns an adjacent property to this site, thus giving a buyer the chance to live like Rihanna and also live next door to her.
