Recording superstar Rihanna has listed her Los Angeles penthouse, which was once owned by the late actor Matthew Perry, for $24.95 million.
According to The Robb Report, the property takes up the entire 40th floor of the 42-story Century building in Century City. The 9,200-square-foot penthouse has a private elevator access and features four bedrooms, a library with a fireplace, a screening room, and four terraces totaling 1,900 square feet.
Rihanna, who also owns a smaller condo in The Century, bought the penthouse in March 2023 for $21 million from a trust associated with tech executive Nick Molnar, who acquired it from Perry for $21.6 million in 2021. The “Friends” actor, who passed away last October, bought the penthouse in 2017 for $20 million.
