The Caroline K. Huo Group, a luxury real estate agency based in Burlingame, California, has announced the appointment of Rob DeContreras as executive director of growth.
DeContreras was previously a private mortgage banker at PNC. Earlier in his career, he was senior vice president of lending at OriginPoint. In announcing his appointment, the company noted DeContreras’ work as a private mortgage banker at Wells Fargo in 2022 when he led a team that funded over $750 million in loan volume while assisting over 600 families with homeownership.
