Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), announced the hiring of industry veteran Robert Caliguri in its Manhattan office as a managing director of capital markets.
Caliguri joins MMCC from JP Morgan Chase, where he served for 16 years and was most recently executive director and client manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for originating and securing debt financing for commercial real estate properties including multifamily, retail, industrial and hospitality.
“We are excited to welcome Rob to our growing team,” said Marc Sznajderman, head of production for MMCC’s eastern region. “He has extensive experience originating high-level financing and is widely recognized for his strong lender relationships and strong presence in the northeast markets. He will be a crucial addition to our New York office.”
