Celebrity broker Ryan Serhant is shooting a new real estate-focused reality television series, and he is starting in New York City’s ultimate deluxe apartment in the sky.
According to a New York Post report, Serhant’s new show is on location today at the $250 million triplex penthouse in 217 West 57th Street, which is the world’s tallest condominium tower. The unit opens on the 129th floor and encompasses 17,545 square feet of interior space and 1,433 square feet of outdoor space, along with a 1,500-square-foot grand salon and a nearly 2,000-square-foot ballroom with 27-foot-tall ceilings.
Details on the show’s name and broadcast home were not made available. Serhant has been a reality television personality from his appearances on Bravo’s television series “Million Dollar Listing New York” and its spin-off “Sell it Like Serhant.”
