SERHANT., the luxury real estate brokerage founded by “Owning Manhattan” star Ryan Serhant, announced it has expanded into California with offices serving the Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, San Francisco, and Tahoe markets.
California is the 16th state for the company’s operations since it first expanded outside of New York in 2023. SERHANT. California will be led by Ezra Leyton as managing director and principal broker, who will be based out of the firm’s Beverly Hills location.
“The demand for SERHANT. in California made this move a natural next step,” said Serhant. “Agents today want to stand out, build their brand, and plug into a technology platform that drives real growth. That is what we have created. We’re not expanding for the sake of it, we’re expanding because the market is demanding it. California is one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the world, and we’re excited to bring a model that’s built differently.”
