Ryan Serhant Opens Arizona Office, His First Outside of East Coast

Celebrity real estate agent Ryan Serhant is opening his first office outside of the East Coast.

Serhant’s eponymous agency has begun operations in Phoenix with 50 agents and roughly 100 listings. In a statement, Serhant said the Arizona move “has been an organic journey, not a race to be the biggest or the fastest for the sake of being big, or fast. Our focus is on aligning with people who share our vision and are committed to pushing boundaries.”

Serhant, whose company operates in nine East Coast states, has become publicly prominent through Bravo’s reality series “Million Dollar Listing New York.” He is now starring on Netflix’s “Owning Manhattan,” which is now filming its second season.
