SL Green Realty Corp., in partnership with the Giorgio Armani, announced that sales have begun 760 Madison Ave., the new Manhattan condominium project dubbed The Giorgio Armani Residences.
Only five of the 10 residential apartments remaining available for purchase – full-floor, four- to five-bedroom residences priced from $21,500,000, as well as a duplex four-bedroom penthouse with Central Park views and outdoor space. Armani himself has purchased a unit the 12-story complex, which is located atop a store bearing his name.
This is the first residential offering in Manhattan where Armani personally guided the interior design, collaborating with the New York City-based architecture firm CookFox and the award-winning Victoria Hagan, who serves as creative consultant to SL Green. The residences are expected to be complete in summer 2024 with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing as the exclusive sales and marketing agent.
