Scott Felder Homes, a homebuilder with operations in Austin, San Antonio and Denver, has acquired Olivia Clarke Homes, a homebuilder based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
According to the companies, the acquisition by Scott Felder Homes will expand its geographic reach and accelerate its growth in North Texas. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, and Olivia Clarke Homes will keep its namesake following the acquisition while founder Jennifer Johnson will “remain onboard to ensure a smooth integration and continued commitment to quality and innovation,” the companies added.
“This acquisition aligns perfectly with our long-term strategy,” said Steve Krasoff, president and CEO of Scott Felder Homes. “With the acquisition of Olivia Clarke Homes, we not only are gaining valuable expertise and talent, but we are also expanding our portfolio of residential communities to better serve our customers. We are excited and welcome Olivia Clarke Homes as part of the Felder operation.”
