Cinch Home Services, a Boca Raton, Florida-headquartered provider of home service solutions and protections plans, has named Sena Kwawu as its new president of in-home services.
In his new job, Kwawu will spend time with associates and Cinch Home Services’ business partners across all functional areas of the organization’s operations and retention activities. Before joining the company, Kwawu was senior vice president of operations at Frontdoor Inc., where he led service operations and oversaw contractor relations. He also held leadership roles at Starbucks, Genworth Financial and General Electric.
