The luxury brokerage SERHANT. has announced its expansion into the Denver metro market.
The newly opened SERHANT. Colorado includes 11 founding agents who have collectively sold more than $1 billion in real estate, making this the brokerage’s largest single-market entry by volume. This is the third new market for the brokerage this year, following launches in Texas and California.
