Arrival Home Loans, a San Francisco-based bridge loan mortgage company for homeowners, announced the appointment of Simon Chen as its new president and CEO.
Prior to joining the company, Chen was managing partner at August Hill, an advisory firm for startups, capital providers and industry partners – he will stay connected with that company as an advisor. Earlier in his career, he was executive vice president of product and innovation at Anywhere Real Estate and president and CEO of ERA Franchise Systems LLC.
“I’m thrilled to be leading such a great organization with a shared passion to dramatically improve the home buying and selling processes through private money solutions,” said Chen.
