The Holmdel, New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm Bennett Realty & Development (BR&D) has hired Steve Garthwaite as vice president.
In his new role, Garthwaite will specialize in the sale and leasing of retail properties and ground up development. Before joining BR&D, Garthwaite was a first vice president at Marcus & Millichap.
