StorageMart, a Columbia, Missouri-based leader in the self-storage sector, has expanded into Idaho with the acquisition of Hanley Storage in Coeur d’Alene.
The acquisition adds 53,920 total net rentable square feet, incorporating 218 storage units, to the StorageMart portfolio. The facility also provides a diverse range of drive-up, vehicle, boat, and RV storage options.
The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Under the StorageMart banner, the newly acquired property will undergo multiple enhancements, including upgraded security measures, motion-sense LED lighting, and additional customer amenities.
