Strawberry Fields REIT Inc. (NYSE American: STRW) is paying $59 million to an unaffiliated seller for the purchase of nine healthcare facilities in Missouri.
The nine facilities are comprised of 686 licensed beds. The company plans to lease eight of the facilities to the Tide Group, with the ninth being leased to an affiliate of Reliant Care Group LLC. The company anticipates closing the on or before July 1.
South Bend, Indiana-headquartered Strawberry Fields REIT is a self-administered real estate investment trust focused on skilled nursing and certain other healthcare-related properties.
