The Palm Springs, California-based property that was once the home of “Three’s Company” star Suzanne Somers has been listed for sale at $12.9 million.
The 28-acre property includes five buildings encompassing a total of 7,280 square feet and is located along a craggy mountainside above the valley in Mesa Canyon. The main residence has six bedrooms, nine baths, a dining room that seats 24, a living room, a two-room kitchen, a huge pantry and a wine cellar. There is also a stone guest house designed in the 1920s by the celebrated Swiss architect Albert Frey that boasts four bedrooms, five fireplaces, an outdoor amphitheater carved into the mountain that seats 50 plus a dance floor, two pools, spa, and a natural waterfall that spills musically down the hillside.
Somers and her husband, TV game show host Alan Hamel, resided at the property from the late 1970s until they sold it in 2021 for $8.5 million.
