The Bainbridge Companies LLC), a multifamily real estate development firm, has announced the opening of Bainbridge The Grand in Orlando.
The 390-unit luxury apartment community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from 687 to 1,506 square feet. Community amenities at Bainbridge The Grand include a resort-style saltwater pool and a sundeck with poolside cabanas, a cyber cafe with a coffee bar and lounge areas, electronic vehicle charging stations, a bark park and pet spa, and a fitness center with a yoga room, TRX machines, and spin bikes. The community is located right off the I-4 express lane just outside of Universal Studios.
