The Homeowner’s Collection Announces ‘Spring Fever’ Promotion

The Homeowner’s Collection, an on-site vacation rental agency in Seaside, Florida, is offering a special “Spring Fever” promotion.

According to the company, guests booking a stay from March 7 to May 22 can save 20% on most Seaside cottages if they use the promo code SF20. This promotion is available through Feb. 17. The Spring Fever promotion is available for over 190 cottages managed by the Homeowner’s Collection, which promotes itself as “a family-friendly beach community that feels like a step back to a simpler time.”

“There’s no substitute for staying directly in Seaside,” said Amy Wise Coble, general manager of Homeowner’s Collection. “You can walk or bike to shops, restaurants and art galleries and never worry about parking.”
