2021 was a tough year for home buyers, but a great year for sellers. Home values in the U.S. have gone up 19.3% over the past year and Zillow predicts they will rise 14.3% in the next year.
So, of course, there was no shortage of outlandish properties listed for sale this year. From treehouses to ‘skinny houses,’ here is some of the most unusual real estate from 2021.
