Thomas Park, a commercial real estate and management firm headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, has launched Thomas Park Construction, a new service line specializing in general contracting and construction management services for commercial interior projects.
According to the company, Thomas Park Construction will offer its expertise exclusively to smaller-scale commercial interior projects in the lower middle-market in the Baltimore and Washington regions, and it will also be available for select projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
“We’ve identified a clear need for experienced and reliable contractors who cater specifically to this underserved segment,” said Alex Kopicki, principal at Thomas Park Construction. “While larger regional firms often prioritize larger projects or projects exceeding $1 million, we dedicate our resources and expertise to the often-underserved market, ensuring businesses of all sizes have access to superior construction services.”
