The multifamily developer Thompson Thrift is now constructing Avira at Silver Comet Trail, a 319-unit community in the Atlanta suburb of Powder Springs, Georgia.
According to the company, the new development will feature a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes in three- and four-story buildings. The community’s amenity package will feature a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, pickleball court, dog park and pet spa. Additional outdoor features will include a basketball court and a nature-inspired children’s play area featuring organic play elements.
Resident move-ins are expected to begin in October 2027.
