Christie’s International Real Estate announced that Timothy Di Prizito and his team at the DPG Group will be leaving Coldwell Banker and joining the brokerage in their Beverly Hills, California-based office.
Di Pritizio amassed over $450 million in sales in a two-decade career spanning luxury residential and commercial real estate. He has worked in the Greater Los Angeles, Montecito and San Francisco areas, and some of his most notable transactions include the former Montecito home of actor Rob Lowe for $19.1 million and the $17.5 million sale of 2600 Wild Oak Drive, the largest single parcel estate in Los Feliz.
Di Pritzio is also recognized by the general public from his appearances on the television series “Mansions and Millionaires” and “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles,” and his expert commentary has been featured in Forbes, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.
