DIV Industrial, an Irvine, California-based institutional-level investor and developer of industrial real estate, has named Tom Donahue as partner and head of development.

In his new role, Donahue will oversee all activities for DIV Industrial’s ground-up development projects, leading project site pursuit, land due diligence, entitlement, design, and construction. His responsibilities include project budgeting, cost management, and managing the firm’s streamlined development team. Donahue works closely with municipalities and regional stakeholders throughout the asset planning and delivery process, while championing best practices and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.

Prior to joining DIV Industrial, Donahue served as managing director at Moote. Earlier in his career, he was vice president and development officer at Prologis, the world’s largest industrial developer.
